how to concatenate when column having null values

Hi I have a quarter column Qtr  in my report which shows as 1,2,3,4 but in my final report I need to show it as Q1,Q2.But it has null values  ,so i cannot use concatenate function directly as blank cell   should be shown as blank only.How can i write this??

Qtrcalculatedcolumn need to be concatenated with Q
nullnull
1Q1
2Q2
3Q3
4Q4

IF(
    (Table1[Qtr]),
    CONCATENATE("Q",Table1[Qtr])
)
