Error Powerbi creates duplicates of all records in a table when I "Close & Apply"

Hello all,

I am finding an error where all the records in a simple table query are getting duplicated in the Model/Report View. This does not occur for all tables, however it is the second time I have come across the error in the past week. 

In Edit Query view :

In Model View: 

Some help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Try the latest version of Power BI Desktop and click the Refresh button.

Hello there,

I have done this and am still getting the same error. A similar error is happening on another table!!!

Any other ideas?..
