how do I change total in monthly, weekly data and show data from last available date

Hi,

I have created a matrix visual and presenting daily, monthly and yearly data.

When I see the monthly or yearly data. It adds all the daily data within that month and shows as total.

How do I change the total in monthly, weekly or yearly data and show data from last available date.

Please help with measure.

I tried as below but not getting appropriate result, I'm getting data as of today or the maximum available date.

Updated FTE count =
VAR LastValue = CALCULATE(COUNT(RAS[FTE]), 'Calendar'[Date]=MAX('Calendar'[Date]))

Return
IF(
    HASONEVALUE('Calendar'[Date]), COUNT('RAS Data'[FTE]), LastValue
)

Table relation: I have calendar table and employee table. calendar date column is connected to employee table data dump date as one to many relationship.

@Powerful , all formula below repalce MAX( 'Date'[Date]) with today or maxx(allselected(Table) , Table[Date])

where table is fact from where net measure is coming

YTD =
var _max = if(isfiltered('Date'),MAX( 'Date'[Date]) , today())
var _min = eomonth(_max,-1*MONTH(_max))+1
return
CALCULATE([net] ,DATESBETWEEN('Date'[Date],_min,_max))

WTD =
var _max = if(isfiltered('Date'),MAX( 'Date'[Date]) , today())
var _min = _max -WEEKDAY(_max,2)+1
return
CALCULATE([net] ,DATESBETWEEN('Date'[Date],_min,_max))

LYTD =
var _max1 = if(isfiltered('Date'),MAX( 'Date'[Date]) , today())
var _max = Date(Year(_max1)-1, Month(_max1), Day(_max1))
var _min = eomonth(_max,-1*MONTH(_max))+1
return
CALCULATE([net] ,DATESBETWEEN('Date'[Date],_min,_max))

QTD =
var _max = if(isfiltered('Date'),MAX( 'Date'[Date]) , today())
var _min = eomonth(_max,-1* if( mod(Month(_max),3) =0,3,mod(Month(_max),3)))+1
