histogram data not displayed as a bell curve

I have created Bins and point to the bins for the data to be broken up into - but instead of getting this

I'm getting this

I have tried doing it as a bell curve, but am lost on how to get my data points to show on my bell curve -

Any guidance is much appreciated.
