I attached an excel file where I need a sales representative to target  each month 

need a measure

Marketing Reprsentative Name	Item name	Month	Target (in % percentage)

 Here i have stated what i m looking for. for simple understand I have mentioned here as KG but would be good if i get in percentage.

Marketing person	sold last year	target this year	This year current sale (achievement)	Target vs this year current sold (achievement)
robin	50 KG	52.5 KG	20 KG	32.5 KG
Jhon	70 KG	85 KG	35 KG	50 KG
Nill	90 KG	100 KG	55 KG	45 KG

still waiting if anyone has any solution for target Vs actual sale = achievement

@abc_777 , we can this year vs last year using date and time intelligence or using year table.

But we can sum up number, and can diff using that.

For the % symbol, we can mark the measure as % measure using the measure tool in the ribbon, available once you click on the measure

please try to understand for retail industry company give target depends upon last year sale to each market person and check his achivement. if u have any pbi file for that please share rather just put some link.

also i want to put marketing person (Jhon, Dan, Bill) in slicer selection
