also i want to put marketing person (Jhon, Dan, Bill) in slicer selection
abc_777 , we can this year vs last year using date and time intelligence or using year table.
But we can sum up number, and can diff using that.
For the % symbol, we can mark the measure as % measure using the measure tool in the ribbon, available once you click on the measure
