make sure that dattype is not converted before
- Convert this column to Text
- Replace "," comma with nothing
- Replace "<" with nothing
- Replace ">" with nothing
- Convert the data type to Decimal.

What is the data source?
Is this a single number or comma separated numbers ?

@sameergupta60 , if they are decimal in sql server database, try to change data type to decimal in edit query mode.
if it is a text, you need some code to do that
