help with pulling multiple sharepoint libraries into Power BI

Hi all

Hope someone is able to help me.

I am fairly new to Power BI . I am trying to pull multiple document libraries into a Report. They are all within one SharePoint online site,

I need to have a slicer on the page which lets you choose from a drop down of the document libraries. The info I'm trying to display is

Number of Items per selection (number of documents/files in the library/libraries)

total MB size per selection (library)

I have been looking and found different posts that use the SharePoint folder connection, but then I dont seem to have the Storage used information.

Any help please ?

Hi @NewPowerBI2025 - please refer the below suggestions shared.

HELP - Power Bi - Pull in multiuple SharePoint Doc... - Microsoft Fabric Community

If you don’t see the Size column, ensure that you enable File Properties in the SharePoint document library settings.Check that the Power BI permissions have access to all document libraries.

Hope this helps.
