Get Active Group of User to enable Row Level Security

Hi, 

In my report I need to filter data based on which Active Directory Group a user belongs to. I want to do this via Row Level Security. 

Does anybody know how to obtain the Active Directory Group of a user to set up the RLS?

With graph API you can call list.group and expand to include group members
