grouping data

Hi, I am new to Power BI and Data Model. I have a input data and I would like to have the following output. Can anyone help?

First of all unpivot the data

https://radacad.com/pivot-and-unpivot-with-power-bi

then break the column into two using the left or right function.

 

On that, you can create a Matrix table for results you want.
