generate forecast based on Estimate To Completion

Hi

I have the below scenario based on today being 2nd March

Project	Project Start	Project Finish	AFC	Physical Complete	Actuals	Remaining weeks	EV	CPI	ETC
A	01/01/2020	31/07/2020	20000	0.1	1900	21	2000	1.052632	19000
B	01/02/2020	30/09/2020	30000	0.2	4000	30	800	0.2	20000
C	01/12/2019	30/04/2020	10000	0.7	7000	8	4900	0.7	10000
D	01/07/2020	31/12/2020	20000	0	0	26	0	1	20000

I'm looking to generate a forecast based on the above Estimate To Complete (ETC) by flat spreading it from the Monday of the current date to the end of the project (preferably ignoring holidays)!

Any help greatly appreciated, even pointing me to a relevant article.
