Hi
I have the below scenario based on today being 2nd March
| Project | Project Start | Project Finish | AFC | Physical Complete | Actuals | Remaining weeks | EV | CPI | ETC |
| A | 01/01/2020 | 31/07/2020 | 20000 | 0.1 | 1900 | 21 | 2000 | 1.052632 | 19000 |
| B | 01/02/2020 | 30/09/2020 | 30000 | 0.2 | 4000 | 30 | 800 | 0.2 | 20000 |
| C | 01/12/2019 | 30/04/2020 | 10000 | 0.7 | 7000 | 8 | 4900 | 0.7 | 10000 |
| D | 01/07/2020 | 31/12/2020 | 20000 | 0 | 0 | 26 | 0 | 1 | 20000 |
I'm looking to generate a forecast based on the above Estimate To Complete (ETC) by flat spreading it from the Monday of the current date to the end of the project (preferably ignoring holidays)!
Any help greatly appreciated, even pointing me to a relevant article.
