can it be possible to display export button on report like below to export data in excel or csv format?

Hi @powerbiexpert22,

Try to use Power Automate button to export data. Here's a example video for your reference: How to Export Power BI Data to Excel | Query against a dataset

Some basic steps are:

1. Create Power Automate visual in the report

2. Click on edit and go to the Power Automate edit page

3. Build your own flow based on your need

4. Create a file in SharePoint or somewhere, or send an automatic email
