excel formula to power bi dax

Hi All,

I have to build a report out of excel, below is the screenshot of table to be built in power bi. 

Can you please help me build "W/o Exception" and  "W/ Exception"  column in Power Bi.

I have attached screenshot formula of both columns, please help me replicate it ib Power bi.

Don't try to make Power BI behave like Excel.

Please provide sample data (with sensitive information removed) that covers your issue or question completely, in a usable format (not as a screenshot). Leave out anything not related to the issue.
