Date table not showing up values

Hi All,

I have a report where yellow highlighted cards come from "Submit date" column and black highlighted cards come from "closed date" column. I have to show up a month slicer to the entire page so I created a date table and extracted minth from it but it is showing blank values when I add it to the page.

 

I created relationship between submit date and Date table but still its showing blank values

Please suggest on this.
