Hello everyone! I shared a file on the Power BI server with my boss and some co-workers.
I scheduled a daily update and my boss is not updated data.
This is the message he sends him:

Hi @Syndicate_Admin ,
We research your misinformation from our internal research
“Exception object created: Microsoft.PowerBI.ServiceCommon.NotAuthorizedForRLSModelException: User is trying to access model with Id='2103602' which has cloud RLS enabled, but they have no roles associated with them.,”
You can check to see if RLS exists in your dataset and if the user exists in the RLS role.

I really don't understand, I'm very new to all this. I leave you capture:
Do you have more information on the error?
Do you mean Power BI Report Server ?
Mmmm no more than that... It states that "there was an error and it cannot be loaded".
Yes, on the Power BI report server. I am the owner of the report, I shared it with my boss and other colleagues, and my boss skips that error and does not update data.
without information you need to check power bi report server log
Can you run the refresh with power bi desktop ?
Do you test credentials in Power BI Report Server ?
Can you send the power bi report server log ? You can find it here : C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Report Server\PBIRS\LogFiles
In Power BI Desktop it works well, in fact it works well for me on the Power Bi server as well. I think it's a problem related to your user.
Credentials work correctly,
