dynamic variance chart

Hi 

Please I need a method to create a variance chart  showing the  first N customers(based on users input ) and  a dynamic variance = average sales - value . Value is a dynamic input from the users .The picture is just the logic im trying to explain

Modify the measure to

Measure = if(ISBLANK([Top CX]),BLANK(),[Top CX]-SELECTEDVALUE('Price'[Price]))

@eaweyepe01 , Use a what if parameter or slicer 

CALCULATE([Avg Sales],TOPN(selectedvalues(param[Param]) ,all(Query1[customer]),calculate([Avg Sales],DESC),VALUES(Query1[customer])))

Thanks amitchandak,

It is working partially , it shows all customers and returns Avg Sales only for selected Top N and for the rest of customers its blank. Is there a way I can code so I dont see the remaining customers in my table?
