dynamic table column name change in Y axis based on slicer selection

I have two sclier selctions, based on the selection the chart y-axis should change.

as shown in the screen shot when i select asset the axis colunm is asset and when i change the selection to operation type, I need to display the budget operation type colunm values in y-axis. So how can i create measure for this.

Please help me.
