Dear Colleagues,
I would like to know if this I can do a dynamic movement of a arrow or any similar. like this:
where the arrow can move depending of the value, I mean, each month the value it is updated the arrow should move in the X Axis.
Any idea?

I advise you using conditional formatting to highlight the value pointed by arrow.
