hi folks,
is it possible in PowerBI to have a dimension slicer records that *ONLY* contains the available related fact table records?
Akin to an Excel cube based slicer that ONLY highlights the slicer attributes that the related fact table contains!
for example, I have a dimension of 100 records but the related fact table only has 5 of these related keys. How can I make the slicer just display those records and not the entire dimension? --would that be feasible only if creating a M2M relationship?
thank you kindly,
Cos

@cosminioan , Take a measure from fact( Measure not column) and check that is not blank in slicer's visual level filter
This discussed here for two slicers, but work for 1 too
