Need to add a column next to march called - % diff which will calcualte the difference between the current and previous months for all the values as shown in the below image :

DIVIDE (
[Current Month Value]
- CALCULATE ( [Current Month Value], PREVIOUSMONTH ( 'Table'[Date] ) ),
CALCULATE ( [Current Month Value], PREVIOUSMONTH ( 'Table'[Date] ) )
) * 100
