conversion of a tableau measures to power bi

I am new to Power BI and trying to convert a tableau calculated field into a DAX calculation. If you please even can give me an idea or guidance with the DAX formula than I can build it. You help will be appreciated.

Tableau Calculated field

if ATTR([Actual or Forecast])='Forecast'
then
SUM(if [Volume]='Cases'
then [Volume (Cases)]
ELSE
[Volume (SUoM)]
END)*AVG([Forecast Growth])

Hi Parry,

As I am new in Power BI I have not captured all the functions. The examples you have given me was date related. how do I change that for a word or string? Appreciate your help on this.
