As per this document i should see an option for the conditional formatting when using single score card

If not, please download the latest version and install it.

I know the thread is old, but if you still have the same question for a newer version, then you can access this by flipping the switch from OFF to ON behind the color selection in 'Cell Elements'. It will show a popup with the options if you do.

The 3 dots is on the format options of the card where you define the text size, lables, etc, for each colour you should have the 3 dots.
Only show for Data Label but conditional formatting is available in the same way for:

I installed the latest version. And yet both the three dots from Data Color and the down arrow key next to the field in Values is still missing. WHy can't I find it or have it.
