compare two column from different table , one is dax and other is excel , and write dax query

I have two table

table 1 - direct query

table 2 - Excel

 

Now i have a column named dq% in table1 and column named threshold in table 2,

 

now i want to write a query where if dq% > threshold,1 else 0,

i want the above logic to be implemented in calculated column so that i can filter the values in visualisation

 

many function seems to not work properly between direct and import tables.

 

can someone help here please

@Evanooruvan what kind of relationship is it? One to many or many to many, if it is one to many, which side is one and which side is many?

where one is the excel file and many is the direct query
