can we change specific tooltip text color in power bi?

i want to change colour of below highlighted tootltip to white so that it wont be visible to user.

Is there any way to do that?

Not on a native way (it's all of them or none) but you can give it a workaround by creating a custom tooltip with the fields you want in the format you desire. Refer to this documentation.
