Hi Team,
I have set below properities to enable freeze column header in paginated report.
But When i export the report in excel, columns headers are not freeze. Could you please help me.
Thank you in advance.
Hi All,
Should this be submitted to ideas@miscrosft?
Is it a limitation in excel, as the headers/rows export well to pdf, and can be then exported from pdf to excel, which freezes the headers, but that's a lot of steps, if you're exporting/publishing/emailing numerous reports.
Any advice/suggestions appreciated, but please don't point me to that god forsaken mssql tips page on adding the column headers as text boxes, or I'll send Chewy to bite your feet! I had to do that crap in Crystal Reports three decades or more ago! LOL! 🙂
not that the site mentioed in the previous post doesn't have some great tips, although, that tips doesn't work well on various matrix designs, and it's 2024. I don't want to write a sproc to output the columns, and redesign every rdl. Seems like there was a workaround in SSRS, but I'd have to go back through some really old files to find it.
Anyone else out there frustrated with this???
