1. Create measure.
Find the entire data maximum:
ALL_Max =
MAXX(
ALL('Table'),[Value])Find the maximum value of the data for each grouping:
Group_Max =
MAXX(
FILTER(ALL('Table'),
'Table'[Group]=MAX('Table'[Group])),[Value])
2. Result:
