Hi All,
I am currently using a DAX measure for Count which is working fine, but when I change it DistinctCount, I get the following error after 5-10 seconds.
Error Message:
The query processor ran out of internal resources and could not produce a query plan. This is a rare event and only expected for extremely complex queries or queries that reference a very large number of tables or partitions. Please simplify the query. If you believe you have received this message in error, contact Customer Support Services for more information.. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface.
Hope you can help me with this.
For reference: My data source connection is through Direct Query on a SQL Server with data all the way back from 2006.
Thanks and Regards
Glee
I have tried Countrows with Values and Distinct and even used summarize, but still landing on the same error.
