Hi @EmilH

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

Currently, Power Query does not provide the ability to control the height or user interface layout of dropdowns within the Navigator dialog through M code or metadata annotations. The dropdown interface is automatically generated by Power BI (or Power Query in the Navigator) based on the metadata, and cannot be manually resized or customized in terms of display height or scroll behavior.

As a workaround, you can create a small "Parameters" table in your Power BI model, use a slicer for user selection, and apply the selected value to your queries through relationships, filters, or merge logic for a more flexible and user-friendly experience.

If my response has resolved your query, please mark it as the Accepted Solution to assist others. Additionally, a 'Kudos' would be appreciated if you found my response helpful.

Thank You

Hi, thanks for the quick response.

Based on the selection of the list input, a lot of data will be loaded. So removing the input and applying a filter afterward is not an option.

If "Power Query does not provide the ability to control the height or user interface layout" then this must be a Power BI GUI bug.

Is this the correct forum to report bugs, or can you help me with a link to where I can report bugs?
