adding a "submit Questions" to file

Hello Everyone!

I am wanting to add a page to my desktop file where people can submit questions they may have about the data in the report I built. Is this possible? How can I accomplish this?

Hi @Anonymous , 

If you want to show users idea about report, I think you could try to publish the report on service, then users could create a comment on it. You could refer to Add comments to a dashboard or report  for details.
