Transfer file that accesses data from folders to a client

I am creating a solution for a client. I am using Desktop free.

The solution GETS data from a folder with multiple "like" data files in it.

The data files are updated by the clients - colleagues in various countries.

I have the Desktop solution working on my PC. How can I now deploy the solution to the client?

I can send the PBIX and send the folder of files. Will the PBIX find the data in the folder on their PC (even though it is a different path)? As will likely happen - how do I get the PBIX and data back to add more visualizations and then return it again.

I'm on Free. What's my best option for "going back and forth with the client"

Thanks for any ideas!
