add quarterly into table

Hi all,

i have this dataset within Powerbi with is hourly data, can i somehow make this Quarterly, with average values in the quarterly hours.

Attribute = Hourly

I would like to add three rows with the following result

Attribute   Value

09:00        -3

09:15        -3

09:30        -3

10:00        -3

with the average of the value (-12) for the first row in all the quarterly hours.

@Anonymous , You need to have Qtr column that you can do based on the month

QTR  = quotient([Month]+2,3)

And in you use this measure in visual

meausre =

averagex(Table, hour([Attribute]))
