add another value to a column of text

Hi, 

I have two columns Id(unique values) and Region (APAC, EMEA,AMERICA). I want a fourth region GLOBAL (which is sum of all regions). Then Region column should have->(APAC,EMEA,AMERICA, GLOBAL) in the output

Hi @Bu__ 

If i understand you correctly you can use  "&" between your columns .

Something like :

you could also use the union function https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dax/union-function-dax
