Hi,
I have two columns Id(unique values) and Region (APAC, EMEA,AMERICA). I want a fourth region GLOBAL (which is sum of all regions). Then Region column should have->(APAC,EMEA,AMERICA, GLOBAL) in the output

If i understand you correctly you can use "&" between your columns .
Something like :
