add another value to a column of text

Hi,

I have two columns Id(unique values) and Region (APAC, EMEA,AMERICA). I want a fourth region GLOBAL (which is sum of all regions). Then Region column should have->(APAC,EMEA,AMERICA, GLOBAL) in the output
