a conditional formula in DAX to make up a price index

Hi there,

I am learning DAX and I am creating a price index in my dataset. The issue is that some items they don't have data from the same day, so for example, beans can have price from October 2019 and other items don't. So if you go through the dataset these are blanks I do need a conditional formula that set up a base price( varies between items) and current prices ( it varies too)

Can someone help me out or tip me how to do it?
