Problem
Mapping ZIP Codes in the US with Legend values is problematic in Azure Maps and deteriorated the past month.
The problem value is: 98398, Paradise Inn, Lewis County, Washington State, USA. It draws an overlay across all the zip codes in the state instead of its location in the National Park.
Attempts to Fix
I've tried two methods of getting the correct information to display:
1) Format ZIP Code as Postal Code (zooms out to all of world despite explicitly filtering for just Washington and Idaho state in the USA -- formatted as Postal Code, State, and Country respectively)
2) Concatenate [ZIP], [Primary City], [State], [Country] as a Location dimension
The dataset I'm using is from the US Postal Service with Legend values added and duplicate zip rows purged.

Thanks. Must be an upstream bug with Azure Maps visuals. Opened a ticket.
