Hi, I`ve created an organisational Power BI Report with multiple pages but have an issue with a table that is giving an incorrect total. I`ve scoured the web but nothing I`ve found gives me any indication over what to do to resolve. The table lists helpdesk cases, case status, case created and users impacted amongst others. I want the total of users impacted. I have a slicer on the page which shows all cases closed as selected in the monthly slicer. I`ve had to block out certain text due to confidentiality but think the rest that is visible should give enough info to make it clearer in the image I`m attaching. If anyone can give me some advice I`d really appreciate it.
