Hi All ,
I have a requirement where i need to provide user a functionality to update data from Power BI which eventually will update data in Azure Data Lake Storage
We can write back into SQL database by creating a canvas app but can we also write back into ADLS ?

Refer it ,you could learn how to write back to a SQL database from Power BI And with this technique you can connect to any data source and insert all of the rows into a database table.
You also could use Power APP to write back.To integrate powerApps with PowerBI, you can use power Apps visual in power bi desktop, you can refer this tutorial:
Tutorial: Embed a Power Apps visual in a Power BI report
You need to have a PowerApps subscription / credential and a power bi account first, premium license is not needed.
If you don't have a Power Apps subscription, create a free account before you begin.
You can also refer this document and blog about integrate powerApps with PowerBI:

@deepali_garg , If the power app has a connector for Azure Data Lake Storage, you should be able to write back there
