Why is not seen a filter named Top N?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @toplisek , Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community Forum.
In Power BI, you won't see a filter explicitly named Top N in the filter pane by default. Instead, the Top N option becomes available when you apply a filter at the visual level using a categorical field such as Product or Customer. This feature is not available at the report- or page-level filters.
To apply a Top N filter, first select the visual you want to filter and go to the Filters pane. Drag a dimension field into the visual-level filter area, click the dropdown for that field, and choose Top N from the filter type options.
