Why I cannot post new msg ?

I am not sure if something has been changed recently, but I suspect you could have chosen any label, not just 'need help'. This helps identify the topic of your post and may also act as a bit of spam filter.

 

 @Anonymous  may be able to answer this question better - is it now required to add a label to posts?

Sometimes it happens because of some forbidden characters or invalid account,as for lable,what do you mean？
