Wht Prep data for AI is grayed out?

Hello,

i am using F2 capacity and can enable data ai agent. 
But the issue is that Prep data for AI is grayed out. 

Model is on DirectLake over Onelake.

Ok found the answer:

1. It is grayed out because You can not edit live connection model.

Thank you @anilelmastasi, for your insights.

If “Prep data for AI” is grayed out, it’s not because of DirectLake (which is supported). Common reasons include Copilot not being fully enabled at the tenant or workspace level, missing semantic model authoring permissions, the Desktop preview feature being disabled, or the capacity being in an unsupported region (such as India-West).
Check Copilot tenant settings, make sure the workspace is on Fabric capacity and Copilot-enabled, confirm you have Build/Write access to the semantic model, and verify the Prep data for AI preview feature is enabled in Desktop.

Can you try it with opening PBIX instead PBIP?

Yeah I tried both versions.
