hi all,
i have a report that requires text input, and lets say the user does not have access to the power bi desktop file.
I have a premade box in a page for them to add text.
So is the best way for them to comment in this box to export as image in Ppt and they manually insert a text box?
The issue is it does not look the best.
Looking for any other ways you guys may accomplish this.
thanks.

Hello @wonka1234
Many ways to achieve it
Use Comments pane in Power BI Service
Add a Power Apps visual for text input
Export to PowerPoint (editable, not image) and add text boxes
Use placeholder text/tooltips in the report
Export to Excel with extra columns for user comments

Hello @wonka1234
Depending on your licence level, I think create a powerapps would be the easiest solution with a sharepoint list, dataverse or azure sql database
Then you can embedded this app in your power BI report
