Weekly increase measure

I would like to track the weekly increase/decrease of count of items sold, but I'm not sure how to calculate a Weekly Change measure. Please see data sample and desired visual below. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

you can create a column

Column = 
VAR last=maxx(FILTER('Table','Table'[Category]=EARLIER('Table'[Category])&&'Table'[Date]=EARLIER('Table'[Date])-7),'Table'[Sold])
return if(ISBLANK(last),0,'Table'[Sold]-last)
