Visulas are not loading properly after Publishing Dashboard in Workspace

Hello, 
Background: I carry out dashboard refresh every day manually using Sharepoint data and Upload to Workspace. For the Sake of Not changing the link for the client We override the new dashboard over the dashboard which was Published yesterday, this process is carried out for 6 months. Since development is also going on, I download the dashboard every day from Workspace and Refresh it. Since the last few days, I noticed that many Visual Level filters are missing when I download the dashboard. Also, some visuals are appearing different to different users like this 'dropdown' so when I download the dashboard it looks like 1st image (Date dropdown filter) which is proper and when I publish It looks like the second image (where the slider is there), same things are happening for chart alignments, 3rd Image where many trendlines are there, for 2-3 other users the alignment looks different.

         

Problem: What is the cause of the Problem like this ?, Is it because of Cache stored in the Workspace Website? and Is there way around to tackle this without changing the link?

There is no such thing as a dashboard refresh. You probably mean datasets. And by download do you mean exporting the pbix file?

Any developer on your workspace can make changes to the dataset and the reports that are based on them. It is very easy for developers to overwrite each others' work if you neglect to enforce a strong communication culture. 

Power BI is not good at version control or concurrent development. It's all your responsibility.
