Visual updates

So I've made my dashboard on power Bi desktop however, when I make changes on desktop it does not update the visual when I open power Bi desktop on the internet and press refresh button, only when I replace the original file.

Is there something that needs to be done?

Hi @Anonymous 

 

When you made any changes on Power BI desktop it will remain at your desktop version only. You always need to publish your report to services to see the changes which you made on power bi desktop.
