View HTML Files

Hi All,

I have a series of HTML files stored on a network drive and would like to view them as a web page within PBI. So I use the Web page as the data source and select the HTML file, no problem. Then I select 'web view' and all the tick boxes and the preview looks perfect. I click load and produces the error in the second screen shot. I'm not a web dev so I don't know how to trouble shoot this.

I tried downloading www.google.com as a html file to a local drive to use that as a sample and it produces the same error. So maybe web data sources can't be used in the method, IDK.

@ringovski , for table HTML Codes(3)  what are the data types. Check those columns are getting that type of values only. HTML should come in a text column
