Variance and Variance % between two measures

Hi all,

I need to calculate the variance  and variance % of two values that are governed by a slicer whereby the user selects the two weeks needed to be calculated (weeks  on slicer  1 to 50) between (two years on slicer 2018 to 2019)

As an example

Say on the slicer, i select year 2018, and weeks 5 and 6, what is the variance of the two values in those weeks as well as the variance %

or say i select year 2019, weeks 9 and 10 ,  what is the variance of the two values in those weeks as well as the variance %
