Using tooltip with a matrix

Hello, 

I have a matrix like  below

province  number of invoices

QC             100

AB              200

...

Total         1000

I would like to use a tooltip when I move the mouse over the QC category for example to see in a tooltip, 100, QC and 10%.

The percentage value already exist as a measure.

Is it possible to add a measure as a tooltip with a matrix and if so how do we do that?

@Anonymous not sure wht you mean? Pbix file is attached in my earlier reply, it has a table and when you hover over the values in the table, you see %.

Thanks for answering me so quickly. I have found what’s wrong. But default, my office computer is set to use Internet Explorer. When I am in internet explorer, I don’t see any arrow.

I have copy the url into Chrome and the arrow suddenly appears.  

I have downloaded your project at it works. But how do you refer the % measure for the tooltip?

How did you get tooltips to show up in the visualization pane? It's usually not an option for a card. I've read that some visualizations, including card, doesn't have the option to customize toolips but you've somehow found a solution. Also, how did you link it to the table?
