Thanks for answering me so quickly. I have found what’s wrong. But default, my office computer is set to use Internet Explorer. When I am in internet explorer, I don’t see any arrow.
I have copy the url into Chrome and the arrow suddenly appears.
I have downloaded your project at it works. But how do you refer the % measure for the tooltip?

How did you get tooltips to show up in the visualization pane? It's usually not an option for a card. I've read that some visualizations, including card, doesn't have the option to customize toolips but you've somehow found a solution. Also, how did you link it to the table?
