Using the row in a column to divide by the total

Does anyone know how to use the value 22080.96 / 75172.08 while taking into account that the values can change as there can be other filters in place.
I can make a simple calculation but I am uanble to make it flexible to adapt to the filters I may or may not use

@kitala11 , You can right on the measure in value and choose % of column. But if is matrix column(Pivot) it will become for all

Would it be possible to have like a scorecard ? I just want that 1 specific value and not have the other percentage value. Would be preferable if I can just present that singular calculated value in a scorecard (or something similar) which changes according to the filters
